Deeper Purpose
We exist to embody and empower positive influence in action. Our reason for being is to live in a world with more sustainable and equitable commercial practices, embodied leadership principles, improved environmental health and society’s well-being for larger numbers of our fellow human beings.
Salomeh holds a basic pre-supposition that her clients already have all the internal resources needed to accomplish and grow.
Meet Salomeh
Salomeh’s alchemy has been described by those around her as that of being a conduit, translator and bridge, using language and approach that links the corporate/business world with the personal development, social change and environmental sustainability space.
Combine corporate experience, deep understanding of leadership development and organisational change space, an innate drive for self-awareness, raising consciousness, environmental and social justice together with a passion for the art of mindfulness, psychotherapy, somatic movement therapy and education, and you have the creator of Sacred Minds.
Her compassion, strong articulation and highly effective facilitation skills has touched many lives. After completing a commerce degree, she started her career more than 25 years ago across operations, sales, business development and key accounts in the corporate space. After climbing the ladder in regional positions for more than a decade, she came across a potent and persistent feeling that was a clear indication that she was no longer experiencing the 'flow', was living a ‘mundane’ life and not aligned with her higher purpose in life.
She engaged a coach and basically re-searched herself, her values and passion. Transformation and transition of individuals and organisations became her newly founded passion and business for more than 13 years and to date. She has consulted, delivered workshops and coached thousands of people globally in the field of leadership, communication, sales, culture, strategy, mindset and conscious business. She continues to help her clients across various industry sectors, to up skill in these area as well as source and create the internal and external resources and skills needed to perform at their best, walk their talk, achieve goals and align values and behaviors with strategy.

What are the challenges of our time that call for this transformation?
Humanistic View
We are living in unprecedented times. This is probably what every generation said about their time. Nevertheless, we are truly living in one of the most momentous and critical moments in our history of humanity. We are embracing a new paradigm as human consciousness evolves in the age of technology, reasoning, healing and awareness. It seems more of us are questioning and taking a new look at the impact of what we do and our leadership on the quality of our personal and professional lives.
We are learning that we are not alone in our challenges. As we’ve moved through an intense period of globalisation and increased corporate influence, at an individual and greater community level, we are witnessing a shift in our awareness, capacity (to see and to create) and a growing desire for resonance, connection, contribution and wholeness.
As leaders, we are starting to wonder about our ‘inner world’ of true identity, deeper purpose and skills; how to go about creating and accelerating this inner shift and how it is being expressed in our ‘outer world’ which is reflected in our behavior and strategic decision making. We need more people everywhere who are capable of building and rebuilding trust and inspiring ownership and commitment, as well as encouraging innovation, creativity and integration at a number of levels.
Organisational View
We continue to face rapid changes, greater cultural shifts, faster products/services cycle and greater market expectations. Our key priorities include improving the bottom line and meeting stakeholder expectations. Whether you are head of major corporation, mid-sized businesses or social profit (non-profit) organizations, educational institutions or public agencies, leaders and change agents are challenged to find the resources and skills to perform at the top.
It is not enough to be intellectually intelligent and visionary. We are called to become more socially responsible, emotionally intelligent, able to shift gears quickly and connect our vision to people within and outside of our communities in which we do business or provide global services.
So what will it take and what is involved in ensuring that you stay focused on your strategy and engage the hearts and minds of people you work with?
A new form of leadership has been emerging; one that requires greater fundamental shift in consciousness and comes from a space of awareness, connection and compassion whilst achieving the strategic objectives of the organisation. At Sacred Minds, we refer to this as Embodied leadership.
Our Community
As a leadership transformation consultants and change agent, Salomeh measures her success by her involvement and impact on the communities she lives in. By giving back, she also contributes to her own growth and sense of connection which is pivotal to her transformational leadership practice. Following is a sample of the organizations with which Salomeh is involved with and/or supports:
